Allow for 3 postal days for timely payment.
Payment must be received 14 days prior to the program. A Late Fee of $35.00 will apply payment is if received within two weeks prior to the program start date and time.

A $9.99 processing fee will apply to all timely debit or credit card registration payments.
A $11.99 processing fee will apply to all debit or credit card payments for a late registration.
Registration and Late Registration Due Dates and Fees
All timely registration payments must be RECEIVED 14 days prior to the START of any scheduled program.
All late registration payments must be RECEIVED 7 days prior to the START of any scheduled program.
A Late Registration Fee of $35.00 will apply to all Late Registrations.

A $100.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged for any program registration cancelled by the client.
Any and all refunds of payments must be approved by Administration.
All processing fees are the client’s responsibility, and are non-refundable.

All programs scheduled are subject to potential cancellation and rescheduling to the following month by Bright Outcomes LLC.
All registrants scheduled for a Bright Outcomes LLC program which is cancelled by Bright Outcomes LLC will be notified of the cancellation and rescheduling.
