Just as the name implies, Reality Check Weekend is an intensive weekend program which confronts participants with sobering insight into the short and long term consequences in irresponsible use of drugs and alcohol in relation to driving, family, personal growth, community, employment, education and the criminal justice system.
During the intensive program, client participants are confronted with the full range of outcomes that typically occur when use and abuse of drugs and/or alcohol is continued.
Clients are required and will be guided by the counselors in a self-assessment of their relationship with alcohol and drugs in terms of where they are in the continuum of use, abuse and addiction. Our trained staff will have a minimum of one certified addiction counselor present at each alcohol and drug related weekend program.
